Delivery Policy

1. Who is ATRIOS (

ATRIOS, is a partnership firm, having its registered office at 1st Floor, C-258, Sector-10, Noida, Uttar Pradesh -201301, India (“the Company”) offers various retail & project solutions, including through its website and other applications (“Platforms”) various online Lighting & Electrical solutions, which facilitates the sale and purchase of products across categories related to lighting & electrical products (“Products”) by users of the Platforms (“Users”).

2. What is this delivery Policy?

2.1 It describes the delivery time and terms for the ordered product

2.2 If product is marked “In Stock” then it will be dispatched within 3-4 business days post Order and Payment Confirmation. The courier partner may take 2-28 business days to deliver it further. The courier partner may follow their weekly off and that may change the delivery time for 2 more days.

2.3. If product is marked “out of stock” then it can’t be booked and dispatched. The delivery status will change once the product will be made available.

2.4 If product is marked “On Backorder” then it means that the product is not in stock and will be arranged from principal company. The usual dispatch time ranges from 2 weeks -6 weeks. The courier partner will take further 10 days to deliver it. User is requested to contact ATRIOS on for more details.

2.5 In case of natural calamity, or any incident which is beyond control of ATRIOS, delivery time will be affected. In such case 30 days grace period (above the standard delivery period) will be used. Post that User is allowed to cancel the order and refund shall be provided. 

2.6 For order booked manually, will follow separate delivery time line and can be discussed.

2.7 ATRIOS reserves right to deliver product to selected user or location. In such cases the refund will be issued to User (of the payment made), if ATRIOS denies delivery of product.
