Return & Refund Policy

1. Once the product is delivered will not be take back unless there is manufacturing defects.

2. The manufacturing defects shall be checked by the company’s ( Manufacturer’s) service person. The user is required to log a call on their service centre. ATRIOS will assist in logging call but the process and acceptance of service request will totally dependent on Manufacturer’s policy.

3. In case of wrong supply, ATRIOS will help with return with below mentioned conditions

3.1 the product should not be put in use.

3.2 the product should not be damaged.

3.3 the packing and cover should not be removed.

3.4 User must have informed within 24 hrs of delivery.

3.5 if product has been moved to different place (other than the delivered place) then freight to be paid by user.

3.6 the returnable product must be kept in good condition.

4. In case of damaged product delivery, the user must check it while delivery is being made. No claim shall be entertained post delivery.

5.  In case of return, User has to intimate on info@theatrios.com with order no. and invoice copy.

6. If in exchange the correct item is required then User has to allow for the delivery period. This delivery period may take 1-4 weeks from date of receipt of products ( returnable products) to ATRIOS.

7. In case of refund, it will take a minimum of 7 working days from the date of receipt of returnable goods to ATRIOS. Bank details need to be provided in such a case.

8. In case of Services, no refund shall be allowed.

9. No return shall be allowed based on likes. In case if you don’t like the product, still you have to keep it.
